Smartdot provides an intensely detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis of your current situation, whether your company has five machines or five hundred. This process starts with an extensive audit of your devices, maintenance agreements, lease contracts and supplies.

We are able to plug into your network via any computer and ‘ping’ all machines on that network. Utilizing our own Smartdot-created database, in a matter of minutes we have a report of locations, serial numbers and print volumes for each of your networked devices. A physical inventory of your equipment follows, which captures the rest of your fleet, even if it's not on your network.

All of this information is entered into our Smartdot database. The resulting reports illustrate your current situation—and often reveal areas for improvement or savings.

Smartdot does not make any recommendations until this analysis is completed. We then review the reports with you and begin development of short-term and long-term action plans.
